Donovan Rice, Im pretty sure he is originally from Milwaukee but now lives in Portland Oregon. Donovan got arrested for taking a wiz on some lady's plants when we where on tour. I went to bail him out and he had made friends with all the cops! Thats the kind of guy he is. At first youre not sure if he is some weird bum up to no good. He lurks around and does strange things, but when you get to know him he is the nicest most giving person. He would make the whole team steak dinners at 1 in the morning with his own money! sorry for the lack of updating inter we dudes...just got back from a long camping trip on the oregon coast with mark from scotland also known as tbag...had a blast! skated a bunch...got some footy...and i probably ended up almost killing myself on my skateboard about 9 times...lincoln city is fucking gnarly! now im back in portland...time to get back to the grind...see u next time?

sorry for the lack of updates....just got back from my trip to cali...it was awesome!!! i hung out in oceanside at mario miller and dan nepshaws crib for the most part...thanks homies!!
mario, chad and i went to arizona for a long weekend to skate some pools and get burnt by the desert sun..it was a blast! got to see ben raybourn for a minute too..went with him, kristian and dave smith to the pro tec pool party and saw some insane shit go down!!! overall my trip was a blast! got to skate with the homies and got to hang with most of the 1031 team...couldnt ask for more! somehow i managed to miss the whole month straight of rain back in portland while i enjoyed the cali weather....now im back in portland and what do u know...the sun is out and its supposed to stay out the rest of the summer...perfect timing...till next time...im out

donovan here, enjoying the rain in portland... actually it sucks! yesterday i met 80's freestyle pro per welinder...he was a really nice guy! other than that im totally burnt out on skating indoors.weve had a few sunny days here and there, but its not enough..cant wait for summer! in the meantime road trip soon?

donovan here.....just chillin still with ben gaybourn in oregon. been skating alot of indoor shit due to the rain...today looks awesome tho, sun out bout to go hit it up! this past weekend ben and i got invited to skate a private indoor bowl. our homie kevin kowalski came out too...this shit was scary 15 feet in the deep! hopefully we will have some footy of that pop up somewhere? other than that our mission is to film and destroy!wether rain or shine....and to get ready for the snow sucks tour comin up very soon....you ready???

its been super shitty gay rain out here on and off for a while now...but whatever...thank jesus lizard for my rain board! been skating the indoor park quite a bit..also skated my homie chris's janky ass mini ramp.got some good clips and even better slams...

whats up! had a pretty rad christmas....spent time with my family and ate some good grub....its been pretty cold up here still...went to hood river skatepark and the place was a damn winter wonderland...just my luck...so my and my friend mat skated in the snow and looked at 10 foot sturgeon at the fish hatchery..only a little over a week til raybourn flys out to skate in the rain and snow with me..cant wait.til next week

just been fighting the weather here in portland...rain as usual...so we have been taking our skating indoors.
been riding the dept. of skateboarding indoor park..super fun sessions..snuck into old mans night last night and cranked out some inverts...my new faveorite trick...still gotta get it better tho....other than that ive been chillin with some homies burnin mad trees.ha

donovan here from texas....had a super fun week with broken ben raybourn...skated a bunch of sick shizz...even skated a halloween bowl contest at southside in houston....i dressed up as the famous 80's freestyler per weilnder..ha and somehow i won the contest...super stoked! it was a blast...other than that me and ben have been veggin out...halloween night we tried to go trick or treating.no luck..so we ended up beating up all the little kids and stole all their precious candy! ahahahahahahahaha ha! just kidding!

just cold chillen in texas with a broke off ben raybourn.... got in a few days ago...skated rock the cradle contest last saturday at houston park. it was fuckin gnarly!!! that park is massive! luckly i walked away alive and just missed the finals..i did make 100 bucks and got to see some amazing skating from omar hassan, plg, alex perelson yadda yadda ect...ridiculous shit went down and i was super stoked to be there!
now im kicking it with rayboun making sure i make his life a living hell!
hopefully ill be able to get some filming done and skate some sick shit...hoping to make it to the make a wish event in south houston!
oh yea check out the new 1031 graphics!( the no rules is the shit!) and keep your eyes peeled for our new tour video coming soon? i hope

just got off the plane late last night from georgia.
built tons of cool shit to ride at north georgia skatepark in tunnel hill GA! go skate it!
then i met up with some of my good friends( skreech morgan and the darkness) and shreded 2 contests at columbus and brook run skateparks!
i got 4th place in both contests at the georgia bowl riders cup thing. it was a fun time! darkness and i got a little trippy and skated the contest all weird on sunday! tribute to jeff phillips!
now im back in portland getting ready to fly into texas this friday to hang out with a broken ben and shred in the texas heat! should be a blast...

sorry for the late updater. i have been locked in at north georgia skatepak building ramps til 7 am for the past 3 days. the park is looking sick...if youre ever in tunnel hill georgia for some reason go visit loretta and the gang for some true southern hospitality!!!
after tunnel hill i head out to colombus and atlanta georgia friday through sunday to skate in the georgia bowl riders contests. should be fun!

what up 1031 goons!
just got back from a crazy trip with my buddy james to nor cal! drove out to santa cruz, stayed with james buddy drake. he showed us a SHITTY time. thanks drake! we saw some deer, saw some really gnarly car crashes(had me scared shitless!) and skated some really cool spots. i went surfing and totally got man handled by the ocean! 3 good sized sets kept me under..then i got worked by a few more! stoked...surfing is hard as shit and one of the scariest experiences ever!
after i almost drowned in the ocean i tried to skate a contest in san jose...it was hot as hell! i just proceeded to puke up all the salt water the ocean jammed down my throat. steve cab killed it tho..that was fun to watch...
now im back home in one piece getting amped to head out to georgia soon! should have some pics up from the trip soon.

since i got back from the 1031 summer tour (which was one of the best times of my life!!! i got to skate the sickest shit and chill with some of the best homies ever!1031 team!) i have been helpin my chick move into our new apt...skatin my cruizer around portland...i pretty much meet up and slash with my homie jordan layin down tha hurt everyday cuddy! hason muggins and willis kimball are on the mish too...wake up early...get the coffee and spliffs flowin! thats what im talkin bout...then shred burnside!
i just skated some contest last weekend.toad and salmons chowder bowl..it was FUN? my friends were there and i skated and didnt get hurt too bad so yeah...check out the footy on thrasher home page or 1031 home page..
now i gotta go...packin up my bags and headin to atl friday morn...flight departs 6am... then i spend a week or so in north georgia with loretta and the crew to do a skate camp for the kiddies!
